Be there before and after the purchase

A product question can hold up a sale. An order question can bring a customer back. Quira helps you answer both, using information from your store and a path to your team when a person is needed.

The right answer for the moment they are in

A shopper comparing two products needs a different answer from someone waiting for a parcel. Quira draws on your connected store data and the information you provide to help in both moments.

Start with the questions your customers ask most: which product fits, how delivery works, what your return policy says, or where to get help with an order. Give them a useful next step without making them hunt for it.

Help customers through the whole journey

  1. Before purchase

Help shoppers understand product details, delivery conditions and returns while they are still deciding, using your catalog and the store information you maintain.

  2. After purchase

Help with order questions using the information your store can provide. Details about a particular order need the right customer access; a general shipping policy cannot tell someone where their parcel is.

  3. When details change

Keep your policies and store information current. If an order cannot be found or its details are unavailable, make the next step clear instead of leaving the customer guessing.

  4. When a person is needed

Give the customer a route to your team when a human answer is needed. Decide who receives the conversation, what they can see and how customers can follow up outside staffed hours.

  5. As your store grows

Start with common questions and review the answers with your team. As your catalog and policies change, keep the service experience in step with them.

Good questions to ask

Can Quira handle every customer service action?

What Quira can do depends on your store platform and setup. Access to order information does not automatically include address changes, cancellations or refunds. Start with the actions your store supports.

Can I try it with real customer questions?

Yes. Bring a few common questions without personal details. For order examples, use test orders and your supported customer verification flow. Keep passwords, store access keys and payment details out of public forms.

What if the information is out of date?

When a current answer is unavailable, the customer needs a clear next step. An older order record should not be presented as a fresh update.

Will every question be resolved in chat?

Some questions need information or actions your store has not connected, or a person from your team. What you can promise depends on your service hours, supported actions and how your team follows up.
